The Gym Is Uncomfortable

Women often feel out of place, confused, lost, and even unsafe in the gym environment and many times, this is why they stop doing their fitness program that they are otherwise excited about. Fitness should not feel like you're white knuckling your way through, forcing yourself to go somewhere you hate and that is an unsafe space for you. There is an alternative. Working with a coach that can gradually help you feel more confident in movement and help you slowly transition into a gym environment will make all the difference in the world in how well you adhere to your program. You don't have to start your journey feeling like a circus act. You CAN start it in the privacy and safety of your own home and then work toward feeling comfortable in the gym!
