Welcome To The Hygeia Fitness New Movers 6 Month Program

Hygeia Fitness is a comprehensive 6 month fitness program that addresses mindset, sustainable fitness programming, and gradually prepares and introduces clients to the gym environment.

During this 6 month program we will cover Goal Setting, Boundary Setting, Body Acceptance, Choosing Our Thoughts, Escaping Diet Culture, and spend the last month setting big, life changing fitness goals.

You will also learn how to create integrity with yourself by setting and keeping your own, incremental movement goals, you'll learn how to move your body in preparation for gym-based resistance training later in the program, and you'll learn how to read and use WHOOP to keep track of your fitness progress both now and into the future.
