Cardio: Jumping Jacks

A staple of PE programs anywhere, jumping jacks really are useful for getting the heart rate up and warming up the legs. AND arms. They can also be added to a HIIT routine and can be done at home or in the gym…just don’t forget to change out lest you be given demerits (more evil laughing)
