Stretching: Hip Flexor Lunge

This is a wonderful addition to your warm-up, cool-down, or daily stretch routine. In our society, our hip flexors are extremely short and tight from sitting down all day. This is your chance to get in there and stretch them. Stay mobile, stay young! This is another movement you can use at-home or in the gym!
