Stretch: Quads
A great, easy stretch for at-home or in the gym, the standing quad stretch is a great way to relieve tightness in the quads (front of your thigh). If your balance isn’t great, place a hand on a wall or other object so you can focus on the stretch, there will be other times for focusing on balancing. To get the most of the stretch, make sure your knee is pointed toward the floor and that you’re pushing the hip of the bent leg forward.
